Why type when you can speak? Less type more speak!
We officially made the move and went to Claude teams. It's now all in for the Social Leverage group. We were building agents, we were making automations, building products, redoing our website, and then we finally realized, "Why aren’t we using Claude teams?" Now here we are, the entire firm deep in Claude, sharing skills and realizing we can do more with less.
As I'm writing this blog post using Wispr so that I don't have to type into my Beehiv newsletter, I am also waiting for Blockit to tell me about the list of meetings I have tomorrow. The best part is Howard is now on Blockit, so he has his own virtual assistant that he can yell at to change all of his meetings, coordinate everything, and realize that he hopped on a plane to another country with less than 24 hours' notice and needs to move his entire calendar to get on to a whole new time zone.
Leveraging the plugins for Claude, I now feel like I have:
Granola linked in for all of my notes (also side note, someone yesterday said to me “I had Granola running during the A16z Speedrun Demo Day, if you want I can send it to you as it was running during every presentation.” WOW super helpful)
Slack if I want to search for things
my Gmail so we can search for all of our emails
The only thing that seems to be missing is Affinity, which is our CRM. I will ask my EA Blockit to reach out to Affinity to find out when that's coming.
We can even plug in Fiscal.ai API into Claude so that we can do some of our research on fundamentals alongside all of our other investment memos and internal workload.
When I think about what the future looks like, it feels like everything's going to be more efficient, with more hours back and less time doing grunt work. I think that leads to a lot more face-to-face meetings, time in person with both coworkers, your network, your family, and your friends. I think the conferences and industry events also end up having a lot more attendees.
For those who are scared of AI or haven’t really given it a go, I think as you embrace it and go all in, you realize how many things you were doing and how much time you were spending that were potentially not worth it. It is now much easier to find the time you need to do anything you want!
No more saying “I wish I had more time!”
Stop babysitting dashboards. Ship from Slack. Touch grass.
700+ teams have Viktor reading their Google Ads every morning.
Your media team opens Slack at 8am. There's a cross-platform brief in #growth: Google Ads spend vs. ROAS, Meta CPA by campaign, Stripe revenue by channel. Viktor posted it at 6am. Nobody asked for it.
Last week, one team's Viktor caught a spend spike at 2am on a broad match campaign and flagged it in Slack: "CPA up 340%. Recommend pausing and shifting budget to the top two performers." That would have burned $3K by morning. The media buyer woke up to a problem already handled.
Your strategist reviews spend trends. Your account manager checks revenue attribution. Same Slack channel, same colleague, before anyone's first coffee.
Google Ads, Meta, Stripe. One message. No Looker, no Data Studio. Anomaly detection runs around the clock. Cross-platform reporting runs on autopilot.
5,700+ teams. SOC 2 certified. Your data never trains models.
"Viktor is now an integral team member, and after weeks of use we still feel we haven't uncovered the full potential." — Patrick O'Doherty, Director, Yarra Web
