Going back to the first Stocktoberfest in 2012, the saying is still holding true - Deals get done on the deck.

300 people descended on the island of Coronado in San Diego for two and a half days of networking, learning, and enjoyment.

The Stocktwits team put on an event to remember and everyone I talked to said it was one of the better events they could remember. It doesn't hurt that the weather was perfect and we were right on the beach.

We learned about AI, humanoids, direct indexing, compliance archiving technologies, & collecting cash from securities class action claims.

We heard about the secondary watch market and the amazing stories around the watch brand De Bethune.

We learned about cutting edge golf technology from LA Golf. We heard from the best in the business for rare collectibles.

There was discussions about venture capital markets, how to allocate to private investments with retirement money using Alto, and the latest trends in the Degenerate economy.

We saw deals getting done. Partnerships being formed. New and old friends meeting for drinks on the deck and some of the best swag an event has had in years. Thank you Jambys. The pizza was flowing and the navy seals run on the beach was as memorable as can be.

We had people join from as far as Copenhagen, Bulgaria and Japan.

Very few conferences are fun to attend, but Stocktoberfest is one of those rare ones.

See you in 2025
