If I was starting my finance career today…

If I were graduating today and wanted to get into a job Wall Street I'd be thinking differently than the past. Sure you can take the Ivy League to banking to MBA route. Or you could learn the tools that will make you more efficient than your competition. You can build the network that provides you with more long-term value and insights then your competitor. And you can brace for a future that will be dominated by AI & Data. 

If I was getting into the financial markets I'd learn and embrace these tools. Note that I'm biased as many of these are Social Leverage portfolio companies.

LinkedIn - the social platform that matters in business. Embrace. Post. Share insights. Comment. Connect with those you meet. Use it as a way to keep up and expand your network. Work hard at it. It will pay off.
