AI is changing my approach. I’ve been upgrading my tech stack.
There are endless new tools. Everyone knows ChatGPT and Claude by Anthropic, but there are so many tools that cost a few bucks a month that can really change your day to day.
I have been using Superhuman for email and Vimcal for my calendar for over a year now and they are both great. They increase my efficiency and the shortcuts and ability to work without using the mouse is great. I think they have a long way to go with integrating AI, but I will say I have used the Superhuman AI search a lot lately and its pretty slick.
What else am I using?
Blockit - I moved to Blockit as my executive assitant or all things calendar booking, and it’s been great. It knows when I am traveling, gives me a look ahead dossier the night before of everything coming up, integrates with Slack for chatting and soon iMessage. For the cost it is fantastic. If it could book my travel that would be game over for me!
Wispr Flow- I am new to Wispr, but am diving further and further into using voice. I love taking walking meetings and now I can walk and take notes by talking. I have used it for note-taking, to-do lists, brainstorming, emails and texting. It is the talk-to-text we all wanted Siri to be!
Granola- for all things AI note taker. Everyone has an AI notetaker in their Zoom and Google Meet. Granola is the same thing, but on steroids. I use it on my desktop and mobile. The best part- if you zone out during a meeting, you can ask Granola to recap the last few minutes for you in real time. We also have it natively integrated with our CRM - Affinity. So click, click, and all my notes are tagged in our CRM. I love the summaries and follow-ups it creates
We use ChatGPT and Claude for work for everything from investment memos to monthly and quarterly LP updates to diligence/research to building new products and totally recreating our website.
I am finding more and more products lately and once I find that they change my behavior or make my life easier, I dive all in.
Excited to see more products coming to market and finding way to incorporate them into my day-to-day
Two other companies I will mention that are more being used by companies I am close with, but hearing great things- PodPitch for booking podcast appearances and Moneyprinter.me for LinkedIn & Email sales outreach!

Big Pharma's $240B White Flag Is One Startup's Ticket
Big Pharma spent decades and billions trying to solve osteoarthritis, a $500B market they’ve never cracked.
Thankfully, Cytonics figured out why they keep failing: joints are attacked by multiple culprits at once, and Big Pharma only ever went after one at a time.
So Cytonics discovered a way to get them all, creating the first therapy with the potential to actually address the root cause of osteoarthritis at the molecular level. It’s already proven across 10,000+ patients. Now, they’re pushing toward FDA approval on a 200% more potent version that can be manufactured at scale.
The first human safety trial is already complete with zero adverse events. If approved, the more than 500M osteoarthritis patients worldwide could have their long-needed solution.
Big Pharma created this opening. Now Cytonics is prepared to seize it.
