The chatter is picking up about Humanoids. I am hearing it from all angles of investors. Is this the next wave? First was crypto, then AI, is Humanoids next?
What is a Humanoid? Check out some of the videos or news articles that talk about these human-like robots that will be everywhere in the future. From helping us in the warehouses to building products to being in our homes as support staff. Microsoft and OpenAI are looking at a potential large investment in the space. Elon has been teasing us about the Tesla humanoid and there are a dozen other US and foreign companies gearing up to raise millions if not billions to win the arms race.
I like the idea of imagining robots or humanoids assisting us in the future. Imagine having help around the house from cleaning, cooking, or helping move furniture. In the warehouse its a no-brainer to help move around inventory. In manufacturing to help build products and speed up efficiency. I am no expert in the Humanoid sector, but I am sure we will see Humanoid focused VC funds very soon. AI focused funds and AI experts are everywhere, but the Humanoids are coming. Maybe we will see Humanoids employed at Humanoid focused VC funds to help the humans make investment decisons. Fincaht.io is already a great AI analyst which we invested in at Social Leverage. But maybe Finchat.io will eventually deploy their API within a Humanoid.
The future will run on data which will power AI which will then power Humanoids and so much more. Imagining the these humanoids infiltrating every aspect of our lives is both exciting and maybe a bit scary.
