AI Agents are everywhere. Whose gonna support them?
Everyone is worried that AI is taking human jobs. Others see the augmented opportunity of AI making us more efficient and unlocking more potential and capabilities. My thought is AI Agents need support. In the future what if we all work for AI. We are the help desk or IT support for AI Agents.
We get into the office in the morning and we answer help desk and support tickets that our AI Agents need us to fix. AI Agents run Voice AI such as Ribbon.ai to interview us. We are have AI agents using AI Voice to hire humans who ultimately work on a support desk or IT support like job maintaining and fixing issues that AI Agents run into.
If you think about it, it’s both funny and scary at the same time. But in some sense I think this might become the reality at least in some jobs, functions and industries.
I started my career on the help desk working at Bloomberg answering phones and the answering the HELP HELP questions that Bloomberg terminal users had. In the future this same job exists but instead of humans needing help from humans, it’s AI Agents needing humans to help.
