Everyone wants the best talent. Talent wars are real.

I find the best founders are good at two things: keeping the business funded (constantly raising or keeping investors warm) and recruiting the best talent. If you aren’t recruiting the best talent, you will never scale. When you find the best, they elevate the company to a new level and allow you, as the founder, to do more of what you are best at.
