For anyone who has worked in regulated financial services, you likely have had strict rules on communication. The compliance archiving tools are due for innovation!
From 2018-2021 there as over $2 billion of fines levied against a dozen firms due to employees using communications channels that weren’t approved. It is getting harder and harder for regulated financial firms to keep track of all of the things that they must archive: text messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X, Beehiiv, Website changes, Email, Slack, Zoom, the list goes on and on. The legacy players have not done a good enough job capturing all of these platforms or using modern technology and AI capabilities to make compliance teams more efficient. On top of that, it’s expensive for smaller financial institutions, RIAs, and regulated firms to pay for these archiving software.
We are excited at Social Leverage to invest out of our Fund IV in Archive Intel. Archive Intel has built a seamless compliance archiving software while embedding AI capabilities to help firms mitigate risks. Doing all of this with transparent pricing and making it easy for firms to access their own data.
The modern investment firm is leveraging numerous platforms to share content, communicate, and build their brand. Staying compliant should not be hard or expensive. Leveraging the Archive Intel platform, companies can quickly get set up with archiving everything. The best part is the compliance officers will have modern tools to make their review process more efficient.
Staying in compliance shouldn’t be difficult and shouldn’t be overly expensive. I am excited to see Archive Intel help financial firms stay compliant and allow compliance officers to leverage modern technology and AI to increase their efficiency.
